Charles Bailey

Charles Bailey has been a professional in the Financial Services industry since 1996 in the Tampa, Florida area.  He originally began his career with Mutual of New York and moved his business along with our FastTrak program to AXA in 2005. 

Charles responsibilities within the company include: development of relationships with top-tier management of SBA Lender institutions and their Business Development Officers; developing relationships with Business Brokers and Intermediaries within the SBA lending industry; development and training of our Regional Vice Presidents across the country; Day to day management of The Bailey Group’s internal operations; directing the company’s marketing initiatives thru our Value Proposition.

Sean Schreiber

After successful careers in Transportation (1988-1995), Human Resources (1996-2003), and Banking (2003-2011), Sean Schreiber joined The Bailey Group on February 28, 2011.  Sean's responsibilities include growing and managing the Regional Vice President team nationwide, management of the relationships between TBG and AXA’s regional branch senior management teams, supporting the relationship between the RVPs and Secondary Business Specialists in their respective markets, and support with development of TBG marketing strategy including RVP specific marketing support.  Mr. Schreiber works out of a satellite office in Tarpon Springs, FL.

Natasha Nascimento

Natasha Nascimento joined The Bailey Group in August of 2011 and has been an   integral part of the company ever since. Natasha is responsible for the direct relationship of our clients working through the FastTrak program from the initial conversation through policy delivery.

As our customers proceed through FastTrak, Natasha’s objectives are to guide them through all components necessary to complete a life insurance policy as efficiently as possible with the highest level of customer service. As a final step in our process, Natasha and her team work directly with the processing and closing teams of the SBA lenders to ensure all policy documents are in the appropriate hands before closing of the loan.

Celeste Sparks

Celeste has been an Administrative Assistant with The Bailey Group since February 2010.  Celeste plays a very important role in numerous aspects of our business involving customer relations and marketing initiatives and is a vital component of our company’s operations.
