CHARLES BAILEY – PRESIDENT

Charles Bailey has been a professional in the Financial Services industry since 1996 in the Tampa, Florida, area. He originally began his career with Mutual of New York, and subsequently moved his business, along with our FastTrak program, in 2005 to what is now Equitable Advisors.

Charles’ responsibilities within the company include: developing relationships with top-tier management of SBA Lender institutions and their Business Development Officers, developing relationships with Business Brokers and Intermediaries within the SBA lending industry, developing and training our Regional Vice Presidents across the country, day-to-day management of The Bailey Group’s internal operations, and directing the company’s marketing initiatives through our Value Proposition.

Charles was recently appointed to the Board of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). Charles was elected by national industry leaders who are entrusted with serving the interests of America’s small business lending community.

Kathy Williams

Case Manager

Kathy Williams joined The Bailey Group in March of 2013. Her background includes both financial services and the banking industry. In her role as Case Manager, Kathy oversees the management of life insurance applications during the underwriting process with Equitable Financial, LLC (NY, NY) and other insurance carriers. Karina joined The Bailey Group in November of 2014. Monique Wiedrick

Case Management Administrative Assistant

Monique joined The Bailey Group in 2016 and works in our Case Management division. Monique’s main job duties include processing applications for customers, communicating with our customers and bankers regarding the requirements needed for the commercial lenders, and assisting the department in other ancillary needs to help our clients with the process until their insurance application is complete. Carlotta “Carly” Powell-Carvajal

Case Management Administrative Assistant

Carly joined The Bailey Group in 2016 and works in our Case Management division. Carly works directly with our clients to initially review their life insurance needs and their SBA loan parameters to make sure the life insurance is in place before the loan closing date. She then coordinates the client’s initial application appointment. Carly’s additional duties include, communicating with our clients and bankers regarding the requirements needed for the lenders and the insurance carrier, and assisting the department in all other ancillary needs while the application is being processed. Case Management Administrative Assistant

Alexa joined The Bailey Group in October 2018 and works in our Case Management division.  Her main duty is working with our clients in obtaining their information for applications.  Along with this, she also assists with other various duties of Case Management. Jennifer Reid joined The Bailey Group in February of 2019. Her background includes multiple roles in an administrative support position in industries such as life insurance, telecommunications, and advertising. In her role as Policy Administrative Assistant, Jennifer assists clients and lenders with finalizing policy documents and delivering requirements needed for commercial lenders. Diana Mignogna joined The Bailey Group in July of 2019. Her background includes roles where she has provided true customer service in the marketing, mortgage, and real estate industries. Paula Blair-Jackson

Office Manager

Paula Blair-Jackson joined the Bailey Group in December 2020 in the role of Office Manager. Paula is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently.
