Cindy Boteler

Cindy Boteler joined her current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors in Franklin, Tennessee as a Financial Professional in 2008. Part of working with a large company gives the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals to achieve a common goal. 2015 Cindy was honored to join The Bailey Group. TBG’s focuses on small business owners. She is able to help businesses with many areas of need unique to business, one of which is expediting life insurance for loan collateral. Her banking background helps her work seamlessly in providing life insurance to small businesses to use as collateral for SBA loans. She works tirelessly to make sure her contacts and clients always feel like a priority.

Cindy did not wake up one morning and say “I want to sell life insurance.” She made strides in the banking world first. Cindy worked for 20 years in the banking industry and was a driving force to why she is now with The Bailey Group. In her years of banking she first hand saw the great need of getting life insurance in place in a timely manner. Being a Regional Vice President with The Bailey Group, has given Cindy the chance to help small business owners get expedited placement of life insurance.

Expedited service on life insurance policies for the protection of the bank, is not where the service stops. Cindy goes a step further and makes sure all personal life and savings needs are being met or on track to be reached. Cindy knows life is full of unexpected twists and turns, which is why she takes such pride in making sure families are protected. The peace of mind clients feel knowing if the unthinkable were to happen they are taken care of and will have a hand to walk them through the tough times.

Going into the world of being a Financial Professional went without a hitch. Cindy in her first year set the pace by being the Top A Class Financial Professional in her branch. She did not slow down, she would end up registering enough production to reach Centurion level and was invited to the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, which she became a member. Unchanged, Cindy is still as devoted to her clients today as she was her first day as a financial professional.

When Cindy is not running meetings, mentoring other financial professionals or meeting with other professionals she spends her time with her husband James. They keep busy playing and taking care of their animals on the farm outside of Burns, TN.
